Official communication Diorama_H0,

Word has spread in Northern Europe that Diorama_H0 has acquired the family business PLK in the Netherlands. This is not correct and we want to clarify that the owner of Diorama_H0 di Romanato Diego purchased PLK (and another brand attached) without integrating it with Diorama_H0 based in Italy and currently the two companies have no synergy.

PLK family business producing for third parties grass-meadows for 360° modelling and more (train modelling etc. hobbies and nativity scenes) in difficulty after the covid period risked bankruptcy, therefore having to pass the baton. The Italian acquisition took place in the spring of 2024 with a bilateral agreement with suppliers, finding a solution to fulfill the production to avoid contractual penalties against retailers in the sector, an operation successfully concluded and which will end in September 2025. Subsequently, the control and production, totally new - will be Italian.

Equally painful now to communicate that it is a mirage to bring the production to Italy and integrate it with Diorama_H0 given the expensive and high Italian taxes. Certainly the new brand (it will no longer be PLK) will be sold exclusively by DIORAMA_H0 for Italy and Europe.
